Friday May 15 3:30PM: Krav Maga: Practical self-defense for the real world
This 90-minute seminar will teach important techniques provided in the beginner level of Krav Maga. Techniques include straight palm heel strike, hammerfist strike, forward elbow strike, groin kick, and defense against choke from the front. Attendees who care about protecting themselves and those they love are encouraged to attend. This seminar will be intense, active, safe, and fun!
