Sept Gernez (they/them) is a trans non-binary organizer and advocate whose work centers on building grassroots power with and for trans communities. As Advocacy Consultant with Gender Justice League, they advance protective legislation and mobilize community members to lead advocacy in their own voices. Sept believes deeply that the people most impacted by policy should be the ones driving the fight to change it.
